A new take on rear projection and shooting plates

To enable shooting with LED Volumes, we have built various cameras to make so-called ‘plates’ for projection on the LED Volumes.

We based this on a few simple fundamental agreements, ensuring that the cameras we use, particularly our camera rig for plates for driving shots, are as cost-effective as possible.
Our camera rig for driving shots consists of 5 synchronized cameras, allowing for a seamless stitch and one front camera. See the video below.

We also use Sony FX3 camera's when the stitching is not needed. We also have used ARRI LF MINI and Sony Venice fot plates.
